Urs of Grand-Shaykh Khwaja Sufi Muhammad Aslam
The Leeds Annual Grand Milad-un-Nabi ﷺ has been celebrated for over thirty years, making it one of the most enduring and beloved Milad gatherings in the United Kingdom. The Milad is a blessed occasion — a gathering of hearts to honour, remember and express love for the Prophet Muhammad ﷺ and his teachings of love, peace and respect for humanity, through the recitation of Durud, Salam and Qasidah Burdah.
The annual parade is a purely peaceful celebration, a joyful and visible expression of love for the Prophet Muhammad صلى الله عليه وسلم on the streets of Leeds, open to all who wish to join. Year after year, large crowds from all over the UK and Europe come together in this sacred tradition of love, gratitude and remembrance — and this year, we warmly invite you once again.
