The brothers' venue has moved this year — please read the arrangements below, then fill in the form if you need a pickup or have a transport question.

🧒🏻 Creche available for children aged 3 to 8. No boys over the age of 8 are permitted in the gathering.

Coach Arrangements

Family Coaches

  • Drop brothers at John Charles Sports Centre first
  • Then proceed to Pudsey Civic Hall
  • After drop-off, park at Pudsey Civic Hall or return to John Charles Sports Centre

Sisters-Only Coaches

  • Travel directly to Pudsey Civic Hall
  • Park at Pudsey Civic Hall

Day Timelines

Brothers

  • Before 12:00 PM — Arrive at John Charles Centre for lunch (served 11:00 AM–12:30 PM), wudhu then the walk to the parade start. Transport to the parade start will be available — latest departure 12:30 PM.
  • 1:00 PM — Parade departs from 17 Parkside Lane, Leeds, LS11 5TD (approx. 15–20 min walk from the centre)
  • Approx. 7:00 PM — Coach pick-up

Sisters

  • 1:45 PM — Main event begins at Pudsey Civic Hall
  • Approx. 6:45 PM — Coach pick-up

Practical Notes

Roadworks: Roadworks are in place near Pudsey Civic Hall (dual carriageway roundabout) — please allow extra travel time.
Venue change: The brothers' venue has moved from last year, increasing the distance between the two sites. Please plan collections and pickups accordingly.
